This afternoon, our neighborhood mall had a Spooktacular Event for kids -- including movies, crafts, games and cookie decorating. Addie's friend Daphne (a.k.a. the friendly witch) came along and we all returned to the mall this evening for store-to-store trick or treating. It was such a fun day and I'm still amazed at how much these Western holidays have caught on over here (would you believe frozen turkeys are already appearing in the grocery stores this week....crazy?!)
We have a Halloween-free Sunday tomorrow and then on to neighborhood and school parties for Monday! It's been a big Halloween this year and our Little Mermaid and Superman/Optimus Prime are loving every minute!
