Go Bananas!

It was a big morning in our house as the kids realized that the banana tree (which was planted when we moved in over one year ago) has finally sprung a few bananas. I think it may be time for some banana bread! :)


Some other highlights from our weekend were Addie's afternoon out at the children's theater with her new friend Daphne to see The Selfish Crocodile. Daphne's family is from France, so it was also a good chance to practice her french a wee bit!

And it is still raining...so we had a thunderstorm picnic in our playhouse last night (Chip was too scared to join us)!
