Insect Parade and Park Fun!

The first graders had their insect parade this morning and Abe was a "very reluctant ladybug"!:) He didn't realize that when he signed up to research the ladybug, that it also determined his costume for the parade. Regardless, we did our best (he requested no wings or antennas) and it was a fun and colorful morning. His sweet "butterfly" teacher Mrs. Katie is due to deliver her third child any day -- quite a trooper with all these little bugs!

And this little stinkbug crashed the party....

And we finally found some green space in Bangkok for a Saturday picnic last weekend!

And finished off the weekend with some backyard pool fun!
