Our bags are packed but we're not quite ready to go!:) Kuala Lumpur has been home for nearly 4 years and so much of it we will miss as we begin this new chapter in Bangkok....the food, our friends, our church, our colorful neighborhood...even the monkeys that swing through the school parking lot! You've secured a place in our heart Malaysia and we already can't wait to come back and visit.
And to Gerlie....you're also imprinted in our hearts. I wish we could take you with us, but as you said, "If I don't see you again in Asia, I will see you in heaven m'aam". We love you!
And what a difference four years makes! This top shot was taken on our first day here in KL! Chip will stay with some good friends this summer until we can fly him to Bangkok to join us. Who would have thought that little retriever pup born in Michigan would spend his golden years in Thailand?
Now America here we come! We can't wait to get there and hug so many of you -- see you soon! xoxo
