WE'RE BACK (...and were enjoying the U.S.A. way too much to blog)!
We returned home to KL on Saturday with only a minor 14 hour delay/pitstop in Hong Kong due to leftover typhoon activity. The kids were troopers (final taxi ride home pictures above) and all of our memory banks runneth over with enough American-made memories to last us for awhile.
We logged quite the miles between Illinois -- D.C. -- Michigan -- Ohio -- Tennessee -- Texas -- and Indiana and it was so worth it. Now we have two weeks to unpack, adjust back to the correct time zone and prepare for the start of school on September 4th. From the cornfields of Illinois to the French School of Kuala Lumpur....ready or not, here we come!
Thanks so so many of you that made our trip home such a memorable one. We miss you already. (Summer picture collage will be coming soon....stay tuned!)
