Can you tell who is happy to be home?
This weekend we joined David and Lynda for dinner at Betty's Midwest Kitchen here in KL. What an experience! "Betty" is Malay and has a daughter who lives in Iowa....that's as authentic as we get! The food was not so great, but the atmosphere (especially the abundance of pig art) was well worth it. Jonathan even wore his Illinois State t-shirt to blend in....although, I'm pretty sure we were the ONLY non-Asians there!
